I didn’t recieve my Christmas bonus. I tried texting and was told I’m not eligible. I have recieved this bonus every year for several years. I can’t get a hold of customer support, I get a message saying service not available. Im going in circles here

@Acman In that case you need agent to apply them manually
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@Acman no worry, everyone is eligible, just open ticket with PM using Chatbot, they will add it back for you
(just in case you have already tried Chatbot (method 1 below) , then you can message support using ethod 2)
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
