Hi I need to update my credit card but I forgot my username or the email that I used for this account - it belongs to my 80 year old mother. Please help.

@Maman  - do you know if an account was ever created?

If this was an instore activation the My Account/Self Serve does not get created automatically (unlike activating online).

Try putting "public mobile" in the search section of any possible emails you may have used. Finding the welcome email or a plethora of pm emails will indicate that is the email that you used. You can then possibly use the forgot email function if you can remember the security question and answer you used. Or contact customer support.

@Maman  You'll have to contact support. Once you get access again you log into the account. Click payment then bottom left manage my card.

 

Contact customer service agents.

Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"

or send a private message to:

and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication process.
