1. I clicked on "forgot password"
2. filled the secret answers
3. took forever to receive the link in my email
4. when i click on it (6 minutes after receiving it) it says that the link is expired / sorry / blablabala.
rather annoying when you need to login to buy more data.....

I cannot reset my password. Email link said it's expired. How do i reset?

@Jeremy_M this is a very common issue and not a one off. if you search password in the community there are tons of pages of people askingthe same question and even several public lab ideas askingto fix the password reset.
Also i'm sure if you asked the mods they could give you a better idea as tehy are teh ones who have been fixing the passwords.
As for the security question part i am not sure I have not used the forgot password feature yet.

Thank you, for sharing. I'm wondering if this is a one-off issue or if more customers are impacted by the password reset glitch.
Also, can it be that not only the password is forgotten but also the secret questions to validate your account?

it is rather annoying. I'm in the same exact situation as you. The forget password link doesn't even work. By the time the email is sent, it has already expired.

the forgot password feature does not work. @Jeremy_M any updates on when it will be fixed?

- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
