You guys really need to upgrade the bandwith on this website.It's too slow, hence very annoying. I guess that Public Mobile is growing more and more, which is good. Now it's time to make this website much faster.My 2 cent suggestion.Pat
Is there a reason why payment is so complicated? Why couldn't I just pay / restart my monthly plan cycle every 3 weeks for example?Public mobile would get 50$ every 3 weeks from me instead of every month.....They really need to update and make paymen...
I guess I have the same problems when I go through all my data in 3 weeks and I'm trying to renew my plan ahead of the scheduled monthly renewal....Its annoying that there's no way to just pay and start a new 30 day cycle ahead of schedule...
I was on auto-pay but somehow it didnt do its thing.So this morning I stopped auto-pay and tried to ''change my plan'' for the exact same plan but it didn't work (otherwise there's no other way to pay for it immedietly).
