forgot password and don't have the security answer. (NEED HELP ASAP)

I want to log into my account to pay my bills through my phone and also keep track of the data, but I don't remember my password and the security also. At the time of buying the representative already made the account for me and choose some random answer for the security question which he doesn't remember. 

I want to know how to log in and reset my password.

@Bhramastra  - since you activated in-store, it is likely the store agent did not create a MyAccount/Self Serve for you.

If your account was created by a PM rep, did you login to your account to activate your Self Serve account?

Have you Ever been able to log in into your PM self-service account?

Usually customers itself create these accounts and not 'representative'.

Since you do not have the answer to the security question, you can only open ticket with PM Support to have it reset.

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
