There isn't a way to track real-time progress. That reference number is nothing more than a way for a customer support agent to look up the case, but really, they would already know about the open cases on your account anyway.
@kimia Reference could take 2 or 3 weeks to go back to your credit card.
To get an status update, you have to open ticket with PM Support again, just provide them the previous ticket to help them to look up the previous ticket quicker
