Hi, does anyone know why my credit is charged and extra $16.95. the charge show up as public mobile self. can anyone help.

Do you have a $15 plan? Did you make a $15 add-on purchase ?

@marknembhard If one charge is just pending and the other charge is posted then the pending charge should fall off . But if both charges are posted then you need to contact support to fix
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
