I have two Public Mobile accounts (two phones) that I pay for monthly. Do these come with separate "My Rewards" accounts?

It is a cache problem
Try login again using browser with incognito mode
In the future , it is best to use a different browser for each account to avoid the cache problem

Thank you! Yes, I expected each account to be independent and for each to have a separate rewards plan. The situation is this: I just went into the primary account and through 'My Rewards' there redeemed $45/45 points as an upcoming bill credit (with a remainder of 1.55 points). I logged out of that account and logged into secondary account where the "My Rewards" balance is coincidentally (?) also 1.55 points; if this account was indeed separate, then I expected it to have a much higher points total as I've had both accounts for the same length of time. I had planned to apply the points accumulated in this secondary account to a similar bill credit for it (i.e., not transferred to primary account). Does this make sense? It seems that I have one points total for both accounts, not an independent points total for each . . . .

no need to repeat others

@Susie1952 Short answer is yes both accounts wil have their own rewards that will be less lucrative after this Oct as public has decided to lower the rewards for all a year after slashing legacy rewards . So basically there’s nothing to be proud of when it comes to rewards with public mobile it’s nothing more then a gimmick that’s not even note worthy anymore

Yes, each account is independent and each accumulates it's own rewards.
You cannot combine reward points among accounts nor give them - transfer them to another account.
