I just paid to get a phone plan and free esim and after you took the money out it tells me it’s not compatible so now I can’t even have an esim???? It’s an iPhone 13.

I did. They said my iPhone 13 is incomparable with the ESIM so now I’m expected to pay more for an actual card or wait 20 days for a refund so I’m not happy. Can’t do either. Thanks

Check your Spam emails. You should have gotten the email.

HI @Shania9669 what phone is that?

the error could be misleading. Find the QR code from the Welcome email, manually scan and install the eSIm and check if it works

if that does not help, then you will have to submit  ticket with CS agent:
