I have been having lots of trouble with the esim not working on my phone and have had to buy another esim on June 24th and then today August 8th again when it stopped working. I'm wondering if it's possible to get refunded for these two esim purchases since it seems to be a problem with the service?

Yes, the system might charge you for the replacement esim , but you can ask them for a refund. so, don't hesitate, open a ticket with PM support and ask them for the refund
