hi @Zekex
do you have a Samsung phone? if you do, you need to borrow a sim card , physical, and insert in the phone to setup the phone first. Then you can download PM app and login and get a new eSIM on the new phone

Well, that QR code is already used. You may be able to purchase another one, open the email and try scanning that one. Either way, it's still going to cost you $5 to get a new one.

Hello @Zekex
Yes, you can do that. However, this will be a $5 mistake as you can only get a free one after 15 days. So you will have to download the app on your phone and purchase a new eSIM and download it to that. DON'T delete the other eSIM just yet. You will get a security code sent to that phone. Once your set up on the new phone, THEN you can delete it.
