i purchased a e sim from public mobile,had them keep my phone #,when i switched to public mobile,now need a sucription,as i have no phone

You need to download the the PM app to activate your eSIM and create a new account.

Also your previous account with the other carrier must be active so don’t cancel your plan with them.

You will get a text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM. Reply with YES and the porting process will start and reboot your phone.

if you have talking about a new subscription, you download PM app, create a new account.  Login and choose plan and make payment

after payment, you can then choose to keep your phone number.  Enter the phone number and account number of your old provider (make sure the old provider account is still active)

what you meant by you have no phone?

or you have a new phone?

If you have a new phone, What you need to do is to download the PM app on the new phone, login to the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.
