esim not working

I followed the steps to install the esim on my iphone which is compatible.  I see the esim installed but my iphone won't allow me to turn public mobile line on.

@Tatcheng make sure you have no other active sim.  Remove the physical sim and disable "Turn on this line" for the other non PM esim. Then reboot phone  and check if PM esim is on  and Reset Network Settings
