I have installed an eSIM card. I accidentally inserted the original SIM card and then removed it. I can't find the original eSIM card. What should I do?

Thank you for your reply. My problem has been solved. My iphone 12pro max (china) does not support eSIM. So when the PM app detects this problem, the eSIM option does not appear. The reason why the installation was successful at that time is said to be that the ios system can simulate eSIM. Currently, my physical sim card can still be used.

And you tried to buy on the app from
Account ->Purchase sim card and then choose eSIM?

@msdsok From the app, go to account, then change your SIM card, then you will see this page and you can select “get a new one here”
hope this helps.

Try uninstall PM app and reinstall after a device reboot
If still no such choice, change back to physical sim card first. But from Amazon for just $5

hi @msdsok
inserting the original sim card would not delete the esim
if you are using an iPhone, check Settings-> Cellular and you should see the Public Mobile esim there, make sure it is enabled by "Turn on this line. For Android, check the Sim Manager screen and the Public Mobile esim should be there

@msdsok E-sims cannot be transferred or re-used after replaced by physical sim. In this case, you will need to buy a new e-sim and PM will credit the value back once they recognize you as a customer. Hope this helps
