please cancel all service immediately. esim is not compatible on my phone. It seems you have charged my credit card twice for the non functional service. Please terminate immediately. Service was NEVER initiated.

Service was indeed initiated. You set it up and requested it. What you probably meant to say is that service was never activated.
But if the phone is not compatible, you just have to download the app and purchase a physical sim card. Or from the store. Each time you change phone you have to buy a new esim so in the end more costly, but... your choice. Lots of complaints and errors around here on a number of issues for the past 2-3 months so it's probably wise to cancel.
