i cannot remember what email i used to create my account.
Is there a way to find out?

If you used the same email when you activated your SIM and joined this Community. Just click on your avatar on the top right then click on My Settings and it will show your email address.
Also look for the Welcome to PM on possible email addresses.
Only a CS_Agent to have your email changed as long as your credentials are confirmed.

Look in all your email accounts for the welcome email from when you signed up or marketing and promotion emails from Public. That would be your registered email address.

You might want to just change your email address by asking a Customer Support Agent, to help with that.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

@Jackiepercy21 you can try using the Reset Password link there as then put in any possible email and see which one gets the password reset email
if that does not work, open ticket with PM support using chatbot and they can sort it out for you
