I need to change my email address so i can log in and set up payment and i can't do that cause it sends an email to my old address and i cant have it coming to my phone cause i need to make a payment..

Make contact with Public Mobile Customer Support.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
