If you don’t see the option to send the 2FA when you tried to login. That mean your account is suspended.
You need to purchase a voucher to activate your account and contact a CS_Agent to help you change your email address in your account.

@csprunt87 , normally both options are available. However, there are certain situations where this is not possible (suspended service, lost phone). You need to do an email change via support as already suggested.

If you can no longer access the email associated with your PM account contact an agent to have it changed to one you can access.
You can try contacting an agent.
