My shaw email to log in to my account is now disabled as I changed to telus so how do i accesss my account as all links go to the email that i dont have access to anymore

ok im waiting for response now. it took me awhile with all the chat stuff that comes out of the bot is confusing

it says invalid email so i cant get in. im not techy so ive been trying everything, i miss talking to real people

you likely dont need support to help. The email address you use to login My Account is just a user id to PM EverSafe. You can still use it to login and then get the 2FA code via SMS
once you are in , you can then update the email address to a working one yourself. Just go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update it there
Just in case you really cannot login, you will need to message support and they can update the email login for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Super easy. See that little chat box in the bottom right corner? Just click on it and enter Customer Service Agent. Follow the prompts and you can create a ticket to get a CS Agent to help change your email address. And CONGRATS on getting Telus!!
