Can't login as i cant get OTP

I lost my iPhone, I need to login to my account on another phone so i can get a new esim, I am not able to login as my icloud email needs sms OTP to access, and my public mobile account needs my icloud email OTP to access. I'm stuck and need access to my phone number asap.

hi @WS22 if you have the voicemail pin, you can get the 2FA code that way.  Click Resend code or Didn't receive code, then click Send Voice Message. Next, call your voicemail from another phone and get the 2FA code that way
