How can I check my email address is same in both 'community' and 'my account' ?

@whk - Within your Eversafe portal aka check via the Community within your profile > Settings then click on eversafe.
And on My Account look at Profile then Eversafe, if the email's match up then you have ever safe ID the same on your community and my account.

Since you already logged in and lost in the Community, now, click My Account on top right and login using the same username (email) and password to test
