I cannot add Telus email account to my Galaxy S7 it keeps messaging that it "COULD NOT VERIFY ACCOUNT

Do you mean trying to configure your telus email inbox onto your phone in an email app of some sort? Are you connected to a wifi? Cell data? Can you log in to that email inbox via webmail? That would tell you if the login credentials are working.

@Ron22Adele Are you trying to use that same email on another PM account . Or did you use it here before and join again using the same email perhaps

@Ron22Adele , not sure what you mean by this? Are you referring to the email used for eversafe? Please note that you can only use an email for one account only. If an email has already been used, it cannot be used again for a different account.
