Hello,
I got a new phone and I want to transfer my current number and eSim to my new phone. Public Mobile to Public mobile. I have set up multiple accounts but I have never switched a phone on a current account. Has anyone one done this? Will I need to add this phone and delete the other one or can I just transfer my current plan to my new phone?
Thanks,

hi @StephanG26 only one active sim, so the nee eSIM will take over old one and old phone's eSIM will not work any more

With PM, when you change phone, you don't transfer the esim but you simply buy a new one using the app
Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login. Then go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install
if your last eSIM was bought 15+ days ago, it should be free

hi @StephanG26
What you need to do is to download the PM app on the new phone, login to the app. If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)
After you logged in the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.
