I accidentally deleted my esim on my phone and wanted to move it to another phone, how would I transfer it to the new phone? @CS_Agent

@Ariful2 at the moment, there is no way to switch eSIM to another phone and retrieve it once it is deleted. You will have to convert to uSIM, physical sim

Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
On My Account, go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

@Ariful2 You will need to get a new physical SIM card and swap the sim # , try calling local Telus Koodo store for quickest availability
