hi @J3rK
Sorry, unlike physical sim card, esim cannot be transferred from phone to phone, but you can buy a Free replacement.
What you need to do is to download the PM app on the new phone, login to the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.
the system might still charge you the $5. Pay and install the esim first.
After the new esim is installed, submit a ticket with PM agent and for reimbursement. You can submit ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

Because Public Mobile does not support direct "transfer" of an eSIM (where the file is moved from one phone to another), the process is essentially "replacing" your old eSIM with a new one on your current device.
Log In: Go to the Public Mobile My Account portal on your mobile browser.
Navigate to SIM Settings: Go to the Account tab, then select Purchase SIM Card.
Select eSIM: Choose eSIM as your SIM card type.
The "Free" Replacement: As an existing eSIM user, the system should automatically recognize your account. It may initially show a $5 charge, but this is typically discounted to $0 at the final checkout screen, provided your current eSIM has been active for at least 15 days.
Installation: Once the "purchase" is complete, you will be provided with a QR Code.
On your phone, go to Settings > Cellular (or Network & Internet) > Add eSIM.
Scan the QR code provided on the web screen.
Deactivation: As soon as the new eSIM is active, your old one will automatically stop working.

You will need to download the PM app on your new phone. Login into your account. Then purchase another eSIM. It should be free and after purchase, the eSIM will be installed on your new Phone. The original eSIM will be inactivated at that tie.

Public doesn't support transferring eSIMs. Instead, use the Public App on the new phone to obtain a new eSIM. If you've used eSIM for already for a while (there is some criteria), it should be free.
