Hi there, @CS_Agent. I’m a new customer and I am transferring my phone number to Public. I have an iPhone 11 which I confirmed through your website was compatible with an eSIM. I am experiencing an issue where my network displays an SOS message. I believe I followed all of the steps to set up my eSIM correctly. Can someone assist me as I’m currently without a phone. Thank you.

They told me to come here, but I’ll try that too.

Thanks, but we’ve tried this. We also left it overnight to give it as much time as possible to fix itself (if that was the issue).
