Hi there,
I just bought my husband a subscription. However upon the last step we found out his phone is not compatible with the eSIM app. I’m looking to get order the physical card however it’s not letting me go back or do anything I download the eSIM which I can’t. Would anyone know how to fix this I’ve already paid for his monthly plan but can’t use it.
