I have another account I can’t access because my SIM card died so I can’t get a log in code and also the email I used is no longer active.
help! How do I log in ?

If you SIM is rendered useless. That means that you haven’t paid for service longer than 90 days. Your account will also be closed and you lost your number.
Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to confirm that your account is closed or suspended.
If your account is suspended less than 90 days. You can purchase vouchers to regain service at:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
To access your account, you will need to contact a CS_Agent through The Chat bubble.
