eSIM not compatible device

Hi!
I checked my eSIM compatibility with the tool on your web site. I bought the plan but now that I try to finish the installation on my phone it says: “ phone not compatible”. How can I switch to regular SIM card or cancel the plan?

thank you

HI @Victor07

PM had some esim issue with some iPhone.  Somtimes they might ask you to get another esim using the app and issue would be resolved.  So, check with support agent.  Of course, worst case would be to fall back to physical sim

@Victor07 i have an iPhone 13 and I've got the eSIM setup so I can't see how your phone would not work. Did you receive an email from public mobile with a QR code to scan? Did you have any other eSIM setup in your phone?

Thank you for your answer.
I have an iPhone 15 Pro max. Although I bought it outside from Canada, I checked with the tool on the public website before I bought the plan.
Your recommendation to buy a regular SIM is the best. Thank you very much!

@Victor07 what phone are you planning to use, have you confirmed that it really isn't eSIM compatible?

You can reach out to a CS agent to arrange for a physical SIM card if your phone will not work with eSIM. Fastest option is to pick one up for $10 at a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store. Next option would be to buy from Amazon for $4.99 and free shipping with Prime and should arrive in a few days. If you buy directly from Public Mobile it can take a week to as many as 3 weeks coming from Canada Post.

you need PM to help. But first buy a physical Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon.

when you have the sim, message PM here and they will update the sim card number
