Hi! I checked my eSIM compatibility with the tool on your web site. I bought the plan but now that I try to finish the installation on my phone it says: “ phone not compatible”. How can I switch to regular SIM card or cancel the plan? thank you
Thank you for your answer. I have an iPhone 15 Pro max. Although I bought it outside from Canada, I checked with the tool on the public website before I bought the plan. Your recommendation to buy a regular SIM is the best. Thank you very much!
