I just bought a subscription plan with an eSIM and I tried activating it from the app, but it says my phone (iPhone 13) isn’t compatible. I chatted with a customer service agent who confirmed it in fact is compatible and I should open a ticket here for help. So…

@Uche222222 Check you sim manger and ensure you toggle on “turn on the line” and reset networks settings

iPHone 13 is esim compatible. Check if the Public Mobile esim already there. Make sure it is set to Turn on this line and set as primary
