I have been trying for hours to get my eSIM installed on my phone and I continue to get an error message. I’ve tried all avenues and have not been successful. No QR code send with the activation of my account. Unsure how to proceed as I am unable to go back on the page and it is now just stuck on the eSIM page.
The online support is not helpful and does not answer any questions.
