hi @Hanadoma

so, your service work or not?  But if you have full service, you don't really need the welcome letter or qr code, the esim is already installed and the QR code cannot be reused anyway. If you ever need to change phone, you need to buy a new eSIM instead of using that old QR code

But if you have service issue,  check if PM esim is there and enabled and set as Primary.   And ask PM agent to help if you cannot make it works.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Hanadoma

did you use PM app to subscribe? did you got to Step 6 to finalize the activation? you got any error?

If you have only used the website to subscribe and got only to Step 3 Payment, then the activation was NOT completed.  You need to download PM app on the phone where you want the eSIM, login and continue the subscription process

If you used the PM app on the phone where the eSIM will be installed and got to Step 6, then you don't really need the activation summary for eSIM because the app would have already installed the eSIM on your phone for you.  So, the issue would simply be the eSIM was not not properly enabled.  Please check the following:

On Android:  Check your Sim Card Manager and see if a Public Mobile eSim is there.  If so, make sure it is enabled.

On iPhone: check Settings > Celluar and see if the eSIM is there.  If it is, make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary on "Cellular Plan Label" and "Turn on This Line" is toggled on

if you don't see the Public Mobile esim there, then go to the last section of this post and use the link to open ticket with PM CS agent

If the Public Mobile eSIM is there, disable or delete those non PM sim (eSIM/Physical sim).
If the non-PM sim is physical, remove it.  If the non-PM sim is an esim, disable using the SIM Manager on the phone (or set as Secondary and turn off "Turn on this line" for this non-PM esim)

Then reboot the phone and click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work.  (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

If it still does not work, open ticket with PM by private message CS Agent using this link:
