eSIM Transfer Completed but No Network After Restart

Hello Public Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my eSIM following a recent transfer to Public Mobile.

I received a message indicating that my eSIM transfer was successful and that my phone needed to be restarted. After restarting the device, my eSIM is no longer able to connect to any network. I have restarted the phone multiple times, but the issue persists. The device shows no available network and cannot register on the Public Mobile network.

Could you please investigate whether the eSIM was provisioned correctly on your end and advise on the next steps? If necessary, I am willing to re-download or re-activate the eSIM.

In addition, I would appreciate guidance on how I can confirm that my service with my previous provider has been fully cancelled. I want to ensure there is no overlap or incomplete porting that may be affecting network access.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me, such as my phone number, IMEI, or eSIM ICCID.

Disable your previous carrier eSIM.  Keep PM eSIM active. 

Then try a reboot of phone.  Also, can try a network reset of phone.

Hi sansan,

my previous card is also esim, and I didn't disable before i activate the plan

the sim can't find any network signal, either telus or previous service provider.

Did you remove your previous SIM or disable eSIM?

If you review the Community messages, multiple reports of similar issues.

Your other service will be canceled once the port is completed.  Are you receiving calls on that sim still? If so, it's not completed.

In my estimation,  PM will not respond to you for aleast 48-72 hours so once you send the message be prepared to wait.
