Do I have 100 minutes outgoing call and unlimited incoming call? Public mobility website shows I made a phone call today at 3:44 online . ( I was checking at 2:29. ) moreover my phone does not show I made the call. how could that happen?

@godfreykwan Your plan as shown does have unlimited incoming calls. It does sound like the call you are referring to was a missed call that was forwarded to your voicemail. It will show this regardless if a message was left or not. In your usage history it will display the time at est. (Eastern Standard Time) followed by your number then (area code) 580 4001 (voice mail #). All incoming and outgoing texts are time displayed at est. Unanswered calls at est. Incoming and outgoing calls that are answered are displayed at your local time. Data usage is delayed by 2-8 hours in usage history but updated and displayed in data usage almost immeadiately.

There actually is an old, no longer offered version of the $15 plan that does not include unlimited incoming calls. If you find that you're on the version of the plan that doesn't include it, I would suggest sheduling a plan change to occur at the time of your next renewal for the currenly offered $15 plan (that does include unlimited incoming calls).

The self serve usage logs presents all times in Eastern Time. Add or subtract as necessary for your local time zone.
If someone calls you and you don't answer, the call is forwarded to voicemail, which will show in the self serve usage log as an outgoing from your own number to a number usually ending in 4001.

Could you take a screenshot?
Was your phone off or on during night?
If the call went to voicemail it would show you calling the voicemail number, so if connection went off it would look like you called.
Your incoming are not counted towards your allowance at any time

Yes, the $15 plan has 100 outgoing minutes and unlimited incoming.
