I didn't receive my SIM card yet. It was ordered on the 15 December 2023. We are the 8 January 2024. Who can I call to find out if there is any problem ?

It's probably coming sometime this week. But if you don't feel like waiting, you can call your local Telus stores to see if they have any and if so, grab it. It will cost you $10 but all you need to do is send your invoice to a CS Agent which @Handy1 has sent you the link and you'll get a refund back to your account. SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents
