@Chalupa_Batman I wouldn't put much faith in whatever answer they give you. You'll be corresponding with an entry level employee who will be reading a script. They'll likely just tell you "a few weeks". But let us know!

Hi @DennyCrane
My neighbor works for Canada Post and you should hear the things she tells me. LOL.
To help all of us answer this question from other members, I've sent a PM to CS Agent to confirm the time when order to the time when it leaves the PM building. And then from there the time it takes to get to the customer. I hope this can clear it up so we all have the direct answer. Just answering "up to 3 weeks" doesn't seem to be a proper answer to me. And of course, this is just me. If I owned a cell phone company like Public Mobile and someone ordered and paid for a SIM card to use my service, I would want to get it to them as fast as possible to get them on the service right away. Not make them wait 3 weeks to change their mind. LOL

@Chalupa_Batman I don't believe that for a second. Canada Post has strict service levels (letter mail is 2-4 days in Canada). They're not just going to deliver everything else on time and choose to sit on PM SIMs for weeks. PM isn't sending them out, that's the problem. Best case they're sitting in addressed envelopes waiting for something to bring them to Canada Post. More likely they don't even process them at all.
@DebbieL I always discourage people from ordering sim cards from PM directly because they have no idea how to fulfill. There are dozens of posts in these forums about sim cards that are weeks late or never arrive. Either find a local retailer that sells them or order from Amazon.

@DebbieL ,
It took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM Card from Public Mobile delivered through Canada Post! Please send a CS_Agent a private message to see what happened to it! Ask if they will credit your account for your missing SIM Card if you purchase one else where.
You may be able to purchase one right away locally at a Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/nb/store-locator
or from Amazon with the link -> Public Mobile SIM Card on Amazon <- with much faster delivery than you would by purchasing one directly from Public Mobile! As @Chalupa_Batman suggested they’re $4.99 right now there!

Hey @DebbieL
It can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks to get in the mail. It's all on Canada Post. PM sends it out within 48 hours and the rest is up to Canada Post. If you do need one sooner, check amazon.ca as it's only $4.99 there and if you have Amazon Prime you'd get it within a few days. With the one PM is sending, never hurts to have a back up just in case. Or if a friend wants one you can sell it to them.
