over 48 hours has passed and my US data reward is still pending and now I am back in Canada.  How do i get this addressed

I confess, didnt look closely at the counter when I renewed.  I was just relieved to be able to add another 15 days.  Right now it is showing the first one used up, an adjustment crediting me back 25 points and still pending on the second transaction.  will have to watch to make sure it is deleted.

I have removed the erroneously chosen solution.

Yeah re-buying roaming back to back is messy let alone using points.
I was looking for the day counter. Is the previous still showing on your account? Is it down to 0/15? Or gone? Or more days left?

So I added my first reward back in early October which carries over till mid point of this trip.  I couldn't add another reward till the evening before the first reward expired which was the 20th.  By 7pm on the 22nd it was still pending and was still pending the morning of the 23rd.  Not sure if that helps but it is very frustrating to be stateside without data and phone coverage and no way of creating sequential coverage in advance

This "buying" add-ons from points delay is maddening. I'd be curious to know how many days you have left on the add-on. Did the day counter start when you "bought" it or did it start when it showed up? Like is it 1 now or 3?

no worries...I think one of the Oracles will likely change it if you're having difficulty changing it.

ok, bit confused about the solution icon.  Not sure  if I edited it or not.  thanks.  will gradually figure this all out i hope

you mistakenly gave yourself  the coveted "Solution" when if fact you should have given it to whomever best answered your original question. Click the little down arrow to edit your reply and change the Solution.
