My daughter's phone has been deactivated but her bill was tied to my creditcard and my creditcard is in good standings.

Deactivated and suspended are two different things.
Deactivate means account cancelled, number lost, kaput.
Suspended means you did not pay the bill or autopay failed. Easy (sort of) to redeem. Pay the bill.

@Anja1512__ autopay fails sometimes, either a credit card problem but more likely a PM problem
Just login My Account, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to make a manual payment
Once payment is made successfully, logoff My Account and reboot the phone

@Anja1512__ Does your daughter's phone work? On the night for renewal, there will be error messages about suspension. Ignore if the phone works.

When is her renewal date? Is she on autopay? Do any service work? What does it say in self service…Active?
