my phone was deactivated today it shows
I restarted my phone but it's still not active and I'm really frustrated about this, why can't you guys have this issue fix this has been happening for years now
what do I do because this is my only means of communication

@Korth FYI: moderators only require account email address, PM phone number and PIN to identify you. Don't know your pin then provide any 3 of complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount.

You'll need to message the mods directly, with your info (account #, phone #, name, address, DOB, etc) and a description of the problem (even if it's just a link to this thread).
They won't be able to confirm your identity or fix anything if it's just reported here, your PM Community username isn't enough.
I agree, this is known to be a recurring issue, some people are affected every month and it shouldn't be that way, it really should have been resolved long ago.
But for now it is what it is and you've just gotta jump through the hoops to get your phone service working again.
