Hi , I had a late payment and now I can’t use my phone , it hasn’t reactivated and it has been 4 days already that I can’t make or receive calls or messages , I tried turning off and on and still isn’t working. Can someone help me

a) active or suspended
b) any available funds
c) correct plan
