where are you located...could be a localized outage. Mine is working fine in rural western BC.

@chatb1 My account renewed this morning so I just tested mine, 135 Mbps download and 22.5 Mbps upload on LTE. So mine is working. Have you checked for Telus outages in your area, is everything else working?
