my phone was unable to receive data after activating the account with $50, can someone help please I receive and snd normal calls but nor internet data shown

I would best suggest ensuring your phone in settings and mobile networks it shows public mobile. Mine is Samsung S9.

Have you tried turning it off and on your phone?
And maybe check your APN settings or much better have it reset to default settings

@laminakcamara whats the make and model of the phone? did you try enabling the data on your phone?
