@customersupport, My phone number has been changed without my knowledge! Have I been hacked? How do I get rid of it?

I was able to submit a help request via first link, but second link doesn’t accept anything I type in the “send to” link.

hi @Dianepalapa128 

did you try to port the number around a month ago?  if the port was not done properly and not completed, PM will cancel the port after 30 days and will reassign a new number

but if not that, then ask support to check.
