Public Mobile website caching issues are often resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then closing and restarting your browser completely. Other common solutions include using a different browser, trying Incognito or Private mode, or, for mobile users, updating the Public Mobile app or clearing its cache and data in your phone's settings.
I tried updating my credit card yesterday and failed the first time. I went into my browser settings, cleared the cache, cookies and history, restarted my browser, and was able to successfully update to a different credit card. I feel you may have tried to enter it too many times. The system does have a security feature from trying too many times. You may need to wait a full 24 hours before trying again. As you mentioned, you may purchase a voucher and since you can log in, you should be able to add the voucher to your account and make a payment.

hi @bline that means the system cannot find your account, some glitches. You need to ask PM to help to resolve it, or buy voucher to load it by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone

you MUST download the Public Mobile app to create a new account successfully. Have you done that yet ?

Did you dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to make a manual payment with a CC or debit on file to restore service?

or if you cannot login, you can buy voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or Loblaws and load the voucher using *611
