i tried to use forgot email option but didn't receive any email notification.
can't access to my account with the email address and don't know any account infomercial as a result.
I know I'm paying every month for 10.17. I just need the reference code to allow mu wife have 10 credit and I have 1 dollar discount.
please help

If you are not getting a email notification with the email you entered then this means that there is no such email in the PM system.
I am just wondering if you registered a Eversafe ID since all members must create an ID account so your account email and Community email will be merged. Click on Sign Up if you haven't create one.

no worry, look like you just need support help to lookup the email address used (or maybe you never have one setup before if you activated in store). Just message support here
