i want to update my credit card info.
I hit Account but it always brings me Sim card purchases. I dont need a sim card.
please tell me how to get into the proper account and change my info.

use this link to add funds to make payment
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
you might need to add E-911 charge on top of your regular plan price depends on your province

Thank you very much for your solutions.
I logged in the PM app but cud not find the Payment page.
Again, it sells me the PM plans.
Sigh! why is it so difficult to make a payment.

Looks like your email is not linked to Eversafe ID. Just dm a CS_Agent to straighten it out for you and help you update your CC.

Try using the browser to login My Account. after logged in, use this link for Updating CC:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
Or if you are using the PM app, go to Payment page and click Update Card Information
