hello,

How do I cancel my subscription and remove credit card details from account?

HI @Pabasenarathne 

you can cancel the subscription easily by going into My Account, then go to Subscription and addon and then click Manage Subscription  and disable Subscribed there.  That would stop the account from renewing

however, to remove the card completely, you will need PM support to help

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

To remove your credit card from the system, open a ticket through chatbot nd ask agent to do that for you.

To cancel subscription toggle off Subscribed switch and after 90 days of No pay your account will be closed, number lost.
Fastest way to cancel account is to port out your number to another provider. Account is immediately deleted. Both accounts have to be active while porting in/out.
Whatever you decide to do Remove! CC from your file as glitches occur and people are charged by mistake.
