I want to create an online account and get my account number - i forgot my pin but have the simcard in my phone, simon says I have to contact public mobile to register or reset my password - went to store no one could help me - can some one please fix my issue

Did you active the SIM? If you did then you create your account and the PIN is what you create while creating your account.
If you already create an account but can’t login then contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account to get your account number by typing in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them on the envelope Icon above.

To reset your password, contact agent.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
