confirmation sent to old number

hi wife can't get into her account they are sending text to her old number,  can anybody help? they are charging us for 2 months and we don't even have a phone with them, she ended up going with Bell because we couldn't get public mobile to work

thanks wife sent message in the community forum, waiting for a response,  not being able to talk to someone doesn't work very frustrating

You won't be able to access an account if you have deactivated your service as it is will be automatically closed. You'll need to get in contact with support.
